Artur Adam Dela (ur. 1956) – polsko-francuski przedsiębiorca, inwestor, kolekcjoner i mecenas sztuki oraz założyciel i prezes Grupy ENERIS 1-3.

Jest magistrem filozofii (Université Paris-Nanterre w Nanterre) oraz magister komunikacji (Université de Paris XIII Paris-Nord). Ma dyplom MBA HEC Paris.

Karierę zaczął na europejskim rynku reklamowym. Tworzył projekty w ramach globalnych agencji, które w czasie transformacji ustrojowo-gospodarczej wprowadzały do Polski nowe marki, np. Apple. Brał udział we wprowadzaniu na rynek komputera Macintosh.

Był prezesem zarządu Eneris Group, prywatnej spółki z siedzibą w Luksemburgu zajmującej się gospodarką odpadami w Polsce (po przejęciu polskiego oddziału Veolii w 2016). Założył spółkę i jest jej głównym udziałowcem. Był przewodniczącym Rady Nadzorczej firmy, od grudnia 2025 jest członkiem rady. W 2021 został wiceprezesem Europa Growth Acquisition Company. Jest członkiem organów nadzoru wielu firm oraz przewodniczącym Compagnie Financière Céleste w Luksemburgu.

Od 2005 angażuje się w działalność przedsiębiorstw zajmujących się ochroną środowiska. Inwestuje w usługi środowiskowe, energetykę i technologie (np. w obszarach ogniw i baterii litowo-jonowych, wodoru, magazynowania energii i e-mobilności). Uczestniczył w integracji komunikacji marketingowej i tworzeniu strategii globalizacji dla różnych firm.

Był jednym z pierwszych zaangażowanych w europejski rynek stacjonarnych usług satelitarnych. Przewodził pierwszej prywatnej inwestycji w Eutelsat podczas jego prywatyzacji (2001).

W 1981 współzałożył, w związku ze wprowadzeniem w Polsce stanu wojennego, Komitet Pomocy Polakom we Francji. Był jego pierwszym prezesem.

Wspólnie z żoną Mitrą stworzył dela.art collection, która łączy kolekcjonerstwo z prywatnym mecenatem w celu wspierania instytucji kultury oraz wprowadzania dzieł sztuki do przestrzeni publicznych (np. w Hali Koszyki w Warszawie).

Od sierpnia 2025 jest członkiem zarządu Towarzystwa Zachęty Sztuk Pięknych przy Narodowej Galerii Sztuki w Warszawie.

Zasiada w komitecie zakupowym Tate Central and Eastern Europe Plus Acquisitions Committee wspierającym muzeum Tate Britain.

Ma polskie i francuskie obywatelstwo. Jest rezydentem w Szwajcarii.

Był finalistą 23. edycji konkursu EY Przedsiębiorca Roku w kategorii „Produkcja i Usługi” (2025). Kolekcja dela.art, założona przez Artura i Mitrę Dela, powstała z myślą o promocji sztuki współczesnej i udostępnianiu jej szerszej publiczności. W skład kolekcji wchodzą prace zarówno polskich artystów, jak i twórców zagranicznych – z krajów sąsiednich, Europy, Afryki i Azji. Obejmuje dzieła z drugiej połowy XX oraz XXI wieku, których twórcy łączą tradycję z innowacyjnymi materiałami i technikami, przekraczają granice dyscyplin artystycznych oraz promują odpowiedzialną postawę wobec środowiska naturalnego i społeczeństwa. To otwarty na świat zbiór dzieł, manifestujący holistyczne postrzeganie rzeczywistości i odkrywanie wspólnych doświadczeń ludzkości poprzez sztukę.

Nasze działania:

-W ramach działań na rzecz promocji sztuki współczesnej i poszerzania dostępu do niej wypożyczamy dzieła z kolekcji, wspieramy organizację wystaw, wydarzeń artystycznych oraz publikację materiałów poświęconych sztuce, a także udostępniamy wybrane prace w przestrzeni publicznej.

-Realizujemy filmy z serii Artim oraz teksty z serii Artema, które przybliżają sylwetki wybranych artystów i artystek, eksplorują kluczowe osie tematyczne kolekcji oraz dokumentują inicjatywy i wydarzenia, które wspieramy.

-Opracowaliśmy unikalne narzędzie cyfrowe do tworzenia catalogue raisonné, które udostępniamy muzeom, fundacjom i instytucjom kultury na życzenie.

-Gromadzimy zbiór bibliograficzny poświęcony m.in. mniej znanym i lokalnym twórcom.

-Na co dzień kolekcja jest udostępniana w siedzibach Eneris, głównie w Warszawskich „Koszykach”, gdzie sztuka staje się nośnikiem wartości związanych z ochroną środowiska i zrównoważonym rozwojem.

Artur Adam Dela (born 1956) is a Polish-French entrepreneur, investor, collector, and patron of the arts, as well as the founder and president of the ENERIS 1-3 Group.

He holds a Master's degree in Philosophy (Université Paris-Nanterre in Nanterre) and a Master's degree in Communications (Université de Paris XIII Paris-Nord). He holds an MBA from HEC Paris.

He began his career in the European advertising market. He created projects for global agencies that introduced new brands to Poland during the political and economic transformation, such as Apple. He participated in the launch of the Macintosh computer.

He was the CEO of Eneris Group, a private company based in Luxembourg, specializing in waste management in Poland (following the acquisition of Veolia's Polish branch in 2016). He founded the company and is its main shareholder. He was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and has been a member of the board since December 2025. In 2021, he became Vice President of Europa Growth Acquisition Company. He serves on the supervisory boards of numerous companies and is Chairman of Compagnie Financière Céleste in Luxembourg.

Since 2005, he has been involved in environmental protection businesses. He invests in environmental services, energy, and technologies (e.g., lithium-ion cells and batteries, hydrogen, energy storage, and e-mobility). He has participated in the integration of marketing communications and the development of globalization strategies for various companies.

He was one of the first to engage in the European fixed satellite services market. He led the first private investment in Eutelsat during its privatization (2001).

In 1981, following the imposition of martial law in Poland, he co-founded the Committee for Aid to Poles in France. He served as its first president.

Together with his wife Mitra, he founded the dela.art collection, which combines collecting with private patronage to support cultural institutions and introduce works of art to public spaces (e.g., Hala Koszyki in Warsaw).

Since August 2025, he has been a board member of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts at the National Gallery of Art in Warsaw.

He serves on the Tate Central and Eastern Europe Plus Acquisitions Committee, supporting the Tate Britain museum.

He holds Polish and French citizenship and is a Swiss resident.

He was a finalist in the 23rd EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition in the "Production and Services" category (2025).

The dela.art collection, founded by Artur and Mitra Dela, was created to promote contemporary art and make it accessible to a wider audience. The collection includes works by both Polish and international artists – from neighboring countries, Europe, Africa, and Asia. It encompasses works from the second half of the 20th and 21st centuries, whose creators combine tradition with innovative materials and techniques, transcend the boundaries of artistic disciplines, and promote a responsible attitude towards the environment and society. This open-minded collection of works demonstrates a holistic perception of reality and explores the shared experiences of humanity through art.

Our Activities:

- As part of our efforts to promote contemporary art and expand access to it, we loan works from the collection, support the organization of exhibitions, artistic events, and the publication of materials devoted to art, and also make selected works available in public spaces.

- We produce films from the Artim series and texts from the Artema series, which present selected artists, explore key thematic axes of the collection, and document the initiatives and events we support. - We have developed a unique digital tool for creating catalogue raisonnés, which we make available to museums, foundations, and cultural institutions upon request.

- We maintain a bibliographic collection devoted to, among other things, lesser-known and local artists. - The collection is normally available at Eneris offices, primarily in Warsaw's "Koszyki" (Baskets), where art becomes a vehicle for values related to environmental protection and sustainable development.
