Ida Victoria Nowakowska-Herndon (ur. 7 grudnia 1990 w Warszawie) – polska i amerykańska tancerka, aktorka, prezenterka telewizyjna i osobowość telewizyjna.
Od dziecka ma podwójne obywatelstwo, amerykańskie i polskie. Jest córką pisarza Marka Nowakowskiego (1935–2014) i Joanny Marii Żamojdo (ur. 1956), siostrzenicy malarza Jana Lebensteina (1930–1999).
Ukończyła Ogólnokształcącą Szkołę Baletową im. Romana Turczynowicza w Warszawie zdobywając tytuł najlepszej absolwentki szkół baletowych w Polsce. W 2014 ukończyła kierunek aktorstwa na Wydziale Teatru, Filmu i Telewizji na Uniwersytecie Kalifornijskim w Los Angeles, studiowała też na uczelnianym Wydziale Nauk Politycznych ze specjalizacją w relacjach międzynarodowych. Prowadziła szkołę tańca Axial Pointe School of Contemporary Ballet w Los Angeles.
Była solistką Teatru Muzycznego „Roma” w Warszawie, w którym występowała w musicalach: Piotruś Pan, Taniec wampirów, Koty i Upiór w operze. Była aktorką i tancerką stołecznego teatru Janusza Józefowicza Studio Buffo, w którym brała udział w musicalach: Metro i Romeo i Julia. Tańczyła w nowojorskim Metropolitan Opera w La Bayadere i zagrała główną rolę w musicalu Reel to Real w Lincoln Center. Zagrała główną rolę w filmie Out of Reach.
W 2007 zajęła pierwsze miejsce w kategorii tańca współczesnego w Ogólnopolskim Konkursie Tańca w Gdańsku i uczestniczyła w pierwszej edycji programu rozrywkowego TVN You Can Dance – Po prostu tańcz. W 2008 została prowadzącą program Przymierzalnia na młodzieżowym kanale ZigZap. W 2009 zdobyła trzecie miejsce na Ogólnopolskim Konkursie Tańca w Gdańsku, pierwsze miejsce w Międzynarodowych Zawodach Tap Dance i pierwsze miejsce na festiwalu baletowym „Złote Pointy” w Szczecinie oraz zdobyła Puchar Polski w Disco Dance. Była jurorką w dziewiątej edycji programu TVN You Can Dance – Po prostu tańcz (2016) i talent show CBS The World’s Best (2019).
W 2018 nawiązała współpracę z Telewizją Polską. Jest Ambasadorem Caritas m.in. akcji "Szkoła Szkole" wspierającej edukację dzieci w Syrii, akcji "Dzień Dobra" m.in. dla dzieci ewakuowanych z pogrążonej w wojnie Ukrainy. Jest Ambasadorem Korpusu Solidarności wspierającego wolontariat oraz Ambasadorem Olimpiad Specjalnych.
W 2015 poślubiła Jacka Herndona, z którym studiowała aktorstwo na Uniwersytecie Kalifornijskim w Los Angeles. 26 stycznia 2021 poinformowała, że spodziewa się dziecka. 7 maja 2021 roku urodziła syna, Maksymiliana Marka. Deklaruje się jako katoliczka.
W 2009 otrzymała tytuł najlepszej absolwentki szkół baletowych w Polsce na prestiżowym konkursie "Złote Pointy". W 2016 otrzymała nagrodę od czytelników magazynu „Glamour” za wygraną w kategorii talent roku. W 2021 otrzymała Srebrny i Złoty BohaterON za realizację programu Szlak nadziei, a także zwyciężyła w plebiscycie Gwiazdy Party magazynu „Party”. W 2022 odebrała nagrodę dla charyzmatycznej osobowości medialnej i wybitnej artystki scenicznej na gali Polish Businesswomen Awards. „…Przez moją przyjaźń z wybitnym pisarzem Markiem Nowakowskim dowiedziałem się o jego córce Idze, a potem w Nowym Jorku poznałem jej mamę Joannę Żamojdo, dzięki której 12 kwietnia 2003 r. spotkałem po raz pierwszy Idę. Pamiętam, że kiedy weszła na słynną fontannę i zaczęła robić szpagaty, dużo ludzi zaczęło zatrzymywać się, nie zapominajmy, że miała wówczas 12 lat. Dwa lata później, już na próbie sztuki „Taniec wampirów” (2005) w Teatrze Muzycznym „Roma”, które do dziś robią furorę. Muszę powiedzieć, że bardzo się cieszę, że udało mi się zrobić zdjęcie Idy z jej tatą Markiem Nowakowskim 1 lipca 2013 r oraz jej samej podczas odsłonięcia tablicy pamiątkowej jej taty Marka Nowakowskiego na ul.Śniadeckich, gdzie przez lata mieszkał i zmarł w 2014 r…” – Czesław Czapliński.
“…Through my friendship with the outstanding writer Marek Nowakowski, I learned about his daughter Ida, and then in New York I met her mother Joanna Żamojdo, thanks to whom I met Ida for the first time on April 12, 2003. The first photos I took of her in New York, in front of the Metropolitan Opera, where I photographed the most outstanding singers in the world (Pavarotti, Domingo...). I remember that when she climbed the famous fountain and started doing the splits, many people started to stop, let's not forget that she was 12 years old at the time. Two years later, at the rehearsal of the play "Dance of the Vampires" (2005) at the "Roma" Musical Theater, which is still a hit to this day. She is the only artist in the history of the So You Think You Can Dance television show to dance, judge and host the TV Series. She was a contestant on the first season of the Polish version of the show at the age of 16 years old (youngest contestant), then returned as a judge, was the host of So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation Polish Version of the TV Series, then in the following season came back as the judge again. Ranked 19th in the ranking of the 100 most valuable women's personal brands according to "Forbes Women Polska"; her market value in 2022 was estimated at over PLN 90 million.
She studied in New York City at the prestigious Professional Performing Arts School (alumni of the school include Alicia Keys, Britney Spears among others) and Steps on Broadway and performed at the Metropolitan Opera in La Bayadere and Les Troyens and in the lead role in a musical Reel to Real in Lincoln Center. She was already the host of 89+ TV Series on TVP1 when she was only 12 years old.
