Wychowałam się w Polsce i czuję się Polką, ale w pewnym momencie mojego życia poczułam, że muszę wyjechać. Ostatnie lata spędziłam podróżując. Mieszkałam we Francji i w Kostaryce. Odkąd po raz pierwszy zobaczyłam Paryż podczas wycieczki z ukochanym profesorem, wiedziałam, że pewnego dnia tam zamieszkam. I tak się stało. Przyjechałam. Zostałam…”.
„…Gośka Bańka jest jedną z najbardziej tajemniczych piosenkarek. Muszę powiedzieć, że wszystkie zdjęcia jakie jej zrobiłem powstały przypadkowo, kiedy ją spotkałem i fotografowałem. Pierwsze zdjęcia jakie jej zrobiłem 10 maja 2018 r. powstały po przypadkowym spotkaniu jej nieopodal restauracji „Flaming” w Warszawie, która otoczona jest piękną przyroda, a ona była w makijażu jeszcze z nocnego występu. To jej powiedziałem wyciągnęłem na zdjęcia. Innym razem 22 października 2021 r. przyjechała na hulajnodze na Pl.Konstytucji w Warszawie…” – Czesław Czapliński.
Małgorzata BAŃKA (Gośka Bańka) - kompozytorka, pianistka, wokalistka, artystka urodzona w Polsce. Po uzyskaniu dyplomu w klasie fortepianu, wyjechała do Francji, gdzie studiowała w prestiżowej szkole aktorskiej Florent - Court d' Art Dramatiques na wydziale filmowym i teatralnym, uczęszczała na wykłady w Studio des Variétés - Centre Supérieur de Formation des Musiques Actuelles oraz uczestniczyła w zajęciach teatralnych w Laboratoire de l'acteur u Helene Zidi w Paryżu.
Obecnie mieszka w Warszawie. Jest twórcą i wykonawcą spektakli muzycznych: "Właśnie kocham. Poświatowska" oraz "Nie bój się nocy" (Baczyński, Białoszewski, Świrszczyńska). Uprawia na scenie autorską piosenkę francuską oraz pracuje nad kolejną płytą, której producentem artystycznym jest Leszek Możdżer.
Jest członkiem Zaiks i la Sacem - Société des Auteurs, Compositeurs et Éditeurs de Musique, autorem muzyki do piosenki Les Allées du Luxembourg. Jest wykonawcą piosenki Juliette/Sony, do której słowa napisał Jean Fauque. Współpracowała również z Pierre Grillet, z Gonzales i z Arnaud Garoux. Koncertowała z Jackiem Cyganem w Studio im. Agnieszki Osieckiej w Trójce i na Festiwalu Filmowym Dwa Brzegi, zaśpiewała w Piwnicy pod Baranami i w Teatrze im. Juliusza Słowackiego w Krakowie, w Teatrze Polonia w Warszawie, w Ambasadziej Francji w Warszawie i w Ambasadzie Polski w Paryżu oraz w Centrum Pompidou. Jest finalistką konkursu Le tremplin du Réservoir w Paryżu. Zdobyła Grand Prix w konkursie polskiej piosenki w Paryżu oraz byłą laureatką Złotej Piątki konkursu Bardów w Warszawie. Współpracowała z Romanem Rogowieckim, Zbyszkiem Górnym, Maciejem Zieniem, na którego pokazie była gościem specjalnym, zagrała również na Warsaw Fashion Street. Wspólnie z Leszkiem Możdżerem pracowała nad utworem Toutes les femmes de Matthieu do filmu Wszystkie kobiety Mateusza.
Stworzyła i wyprodukowała spektakl muzyczny "Właśnie kocham. Poświatowska", poświęcony twórczości Haliny Poświatowskiej. Aktualnie występuje w autorskim monodramie muzycznym "Nie bój się nocy", który jest opowieścią o Powstaniu Warszawskim, opartą na twórczości Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego, Mirona Białoszewkiego i Anny Świrczyńskiej.

Małgorzata BANKA (Gośka Bańka) - composer, pianist, vocalist, artist born in Poland.
