Zbigniew Krygier ur. 10 IV 1953 w Łasku – artysta malarz, fotograf.

Zbigniew Krygier ukończył Akademię Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie w 1980 roku. Studiował w pracowni Adama Marczyńskiego, następnie Andrzeja Strumiłły – https://www.czczaplinski.com/post/portret-z-historią-prof-andrzej-strumiłło . Od tamtego czasu mieszkał i tworzył za granicą. Głównie w Paryżu i Nowym Jorku, także w Toronto. Brał udział w licznych wystawach indywidualnych i zbiorowych m.in. w Salonie Jesiennym i Salonie Niezależnych. W Tuluzie zdobył I nagrodę w dziedzinie malarstwa. Od 2007 roku mieszka w Warszawie.

Uczestnik wielu indywidualnych i zbiorowych wystaw w Paryżu w Grand Palais (Salon de la Jeune Peinture, Salon d’Automne i Salon des Indépendants), w Nowym Jorku, Oslo, Meksyku i Toronto.

  Twórczość malarska Zbigniewa Krygiera zyskała grono sympatyków. Cała kolekcja obrazów olejnych, powstała w czasie studiów dołączyła do prywatnych zbiorów kolekcjonerskich w Holandii. Obrazy z późniejszego okresu malarstwa znajdują się w prywatnych zbiorach w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Meksyku, Kanadzie, Francji, Holandii, Norwegii, Niemczech oraz w Polsce.

W latach 1987-1992 Zbigniew Krygier projektował kluby w Nowym Jorku na Manhattanie między innymi Mondo Cane Blues Bar i Wonderland Blues Bar. Od 1998 zajmuje się także fotografią artystyczną.

Zbigniew Krygier (b. April 10, 1953, Łask, Poland) – painter and photographer.

Zbigniew Krygier graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków in 1980, where he studied under Adam Marczyński and later under Andrzej Strumiłło - https://www.czczaplinski.com/post/portret-z-historią-prof-andrzej-strumiłło. After completing his studies, he lived and worked abroad for many years — primarily in Paris and New York, as well as in Toronto. He has taken part in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including the Salon d’Automne and Salon des Indépendants. In Toulouse, he was awarded First Prize in Painting. Since 2007, he has been based in Warsaw.

Krygier’s work has been shown widely in Europe and North America, including exhibitions at the Grand Palais in Paris (Salon de la Jeune Peinture, Salon d’Automne, Salon des Indépendants), as well as in New York, Oslo, Mexico City, and Toronto.

Krygier’s paintings have attracted a devoted following. His early oil works, created during his student years, entered private collections in the Netherlands. Later works can be found in collections in the United States, Mexico, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany, and Poland.

Between 1987 and 1992, Krygier designed several clubs in Manhattan, New York, including Mondo Cane Blues Bar and Wonderland Blues Bar. Since 1998, he has also been active as a fine art photographer.
